Two engaging roles are open for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with experience in school settings. One position offers a full-time commitment for the entire academic year, while the other provides the chance to support students during a 0.8 FTE maternity leave from August 19 through September 30.

Ideal candidates possess:

  • Current SLP (CCC) certification and relevant state licensure
  • Proven experience providing speech and language therapy in a K-12 school environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Capability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support a dynamic school setting

In these roles, you will:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, including IEPs as required
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapeutic services to students individually and in groups
  • Regularly monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed for student success
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate progress to teachers and caregivers
  • Document services and maintain compliance with school and district protocols
