General Warehouse Associate

The General Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations through order fulfillment, inventory management, and adherence to safety standards. This position operates within a climate-controlled environment and requires physical activity including standing, walking, and reaching. The associate ensures accuracy in handling part and lot numbers to preserve inventory integrity and supports a positive, collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment and picking tasks accurately
• Handle packaging and shipping & receiving processes
• Utilize RF hand scanners for inventory tracking and order processing
• Conduct inventory counts maintaining data accuracy
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive work environment
• Operate within a standard daytime shift schedule (6:00am – 2:30pm, Mon–Fri)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in RF hand scanner operation
