We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Madera, California. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to make a lasting impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and beyond.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations, modifications, and communication strategies.
Educate families and school staff on evidence-based practices that promote student communication and learning.


Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible.
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
