School Speech Language Pathologist - Seymour, WI

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students’ communication growth for the 2026–2027 academic year as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, onsite contract role offers the chance to make meaningful impacts across elementary, middle, and high school settings.

You’ll provide high-quality speech and language services while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success. With a manageable caseload (approximately 38–40 students), you’ll have the opportunity to build lasting connections and see your expertise in action every day.

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in school settings is preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across age groups
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams and families
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech and language development
