School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Kiel, Wisconsin

Embark on a rewarding contract role supporting students’ communication growth in a collaborative school environment. This opportunity covers a leave from September 1st for approximately ten weeks, concluding around November 6th. You’ll work full-time, dedicating your expertise to a diverse PreK–12th grade caseload of about 40 students. Your focus will be on cultivating meaningful progress for students across developmental stages during this vital coverage period.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable working with PreK–12th grade populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Current state licensure or eligibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
• Support a positive learning environment, adapting strategies to individual needs
