What you’ll bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Kentucky, or eligibility for licensure
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Pediatric experience, preferably in educational or healthcare settings
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Dedication to supporting diverse K-12 student populations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Providing direct therapy to students individually and in groups
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Maintaining thorough records and progress reports as required
- Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
