Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP - CCC credential
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong team player who collaborates smoothly with educators, staff, and families
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting to individual student needs
- Offer strategies and resources for teachers and families to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and school-based initiatives
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Engage in professional development to stay current on best practices
