Join Our Team as an Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon

Our organization, a leading integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is on the lookout for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to enhance our expanding team in the Northern Region of the state. This is a fantastic chance to become a vital member of our Musculoskeletal Team, which comprises specialists in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, non-operative Sports Medicine, and a vast referral network of over 2,000 physicians within our system.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with a friendly and experienced staff that has strong connections within the community and established partnerships, including affiliations with Rutgers University athletics and various colleges and high schools across New Jersey. This position is particularly suited for a fellowship-trained Foot & Ankle Surgeon who is enthusiastic about developing a thriving practice and reputation in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert orthopedic care focused on foot and ankle conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Sports Medicine and PM&R.
  • Engage with the community through athletic partnerships and outreach programs.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Completed fellowship training in Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgery.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey.

Compensation Details

The expected salary range for this role is between $355,000 and $910,000 annually. The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
