Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but recent graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech and language therapy services full-time (37.5 hours/week) for the entire school year.
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster student success.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and parent conferences as needed.
- Maintain required documentation and progress reports.
