This travel nursing assignment gives you the chance to broaden your clinical knowledge in a dynamic Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) environment. Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of TN or compact licensure
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR experience
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Proficient in assisting with cardiovascular procedures, scrubbing, and circulating
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care pre-, intra-, and post-operatively in the CVOR
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during complex cardiac and vascular surgeries
- Circulate and scrub as assigned for CVOR cases
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Support patient and family education throughout the surgical experience

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
