As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll be a valued resource, helping to unlock communication skills and foster confidence in young learners. You’ll engage with a variety of cases, ensuring each day brings fresh opportunities to make a difference.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
  • Active and valid SLP licensure in Michigan
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassion and flexibility to address a diverse caseload of elementary-age students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy to students with varied speech, language, and communication needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers and family members to support student growth
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, recognizing progress and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Advocate for students’ needs while helping them reach their full communicative potential
  • Commitment to a consistent schedule: 20 hours per week, from August 31, 2026, through June 11, 2027
