Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Mishicot, WI. This is a full-time, school-based position covering a leave of absence from September 2026 through January 6, 2027, with the strong possibility of extension if the current SLP does not return.
This role offers a manageable elementary-only caseload, a single school site, and a collaborative educational environment. The district is conducting quick interviews this week, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a fast hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct speech and language assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Address communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) welcome to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
