Job Description

Qualifications:
- Active and valid LBS1 certification required
- Background in Special Education teaching, preferably within K-12 settings
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate students with various learning challenges
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and participation
- Track student progress and report outcomes to stakeholders
- Participate in regular IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
