Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license issued by the state of California
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
- Understanding of IEP documentation and goal-setting for elementary-aged students
- Strong communication skills and an adaptable, solution-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to elementary students, tailored to each IEP
- Collaborate with educators and families to implement strategies supporting student success
- Maintain organized records of progress and participate in IEP meetings
