Bring your expertise as an Occupational Therapist to a dynamic school-based setting in the Saint Paul area! We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential therapy services to students across two local schools through a flexible contract opportunity. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping students achieve their educational and developmental goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous experience in school, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT roles
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and organized
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to various student needs and environments

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to a small caseload (less than 15 students per school) based on their individualized education plans
  • Serve two schools in the Saint Paul area, providing at least two days of service per location each week
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educators, and handle required documentation;one site may require an additional half-day for meetings and completion of paperwork
  • Consult with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Utilize a variety of service delivery models including on-site, home health, and teletherapy as required
