In this role, you’ll:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
- Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions targeting communication goals
- Monitor and carefully document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Work closely with a collaborative team of educators and related service professionals
- Partner with families to integrate strategies and promote progress beyond the classroom
Desired qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal strengths
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
