LHH is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support a busy insurance defense practice in Orlando, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters while contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced setting. Experience handling medical malpractice defense matters is highly desirable.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage litigation files from inception through resolution.
- Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics.
- Organize and maintain case files, deadlines, and court calendars.
- Analyze and summarize medical records, expert reports, and deposition transcripts.
- Assist with discovery management, document review, and production.
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Support attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience within insurance defense.
- Background supporting medical malpractice defense cases preferred.
- Strong understanding of Florida litigation procedures and court rules.
- Experience preparing cases for trial.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with attorneys and staff.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
