Pay Rate: $50.00 / hour (Billable Hours)
About the Role
Are you a Registered Nurse looking to transition away from bedside nursing while continuing to make a vital, direct impact on patient care?
We are excited to announce new openings for Community Personal Assistance Services (CPAS) Nurse Monitors within the Baltimore City limits! In this role, you will work directly in the community to conduct in-home assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor essential services for individuals receiving community-based care. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive, in-home nursing assessments for CPAS clients within Baltimore City.
Develop, evaluate, and update personalized plans of care to ensure client safety and wellbeing.
Monitor community-based personal assistance services to ensure compliance and high standards of care.
Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to advocate for client needs.
Complete accurate and timely documentation for quality assurance and billing purposes.

Qualifications
Licensure: Active Maryland RN license or an active Compact RN license.
Experience: Previous home health, case management, or community nursing experience is a plus, but nurses looking to step away from bedside care are encouraged to apply!
Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills.
Transport: Reliable transportation to perform home visits throughout Baltimore City.
