Commercial Litigation Associate

Seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate (3+ years) to join its San Francisco office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice

• Support complex matters such as trade secrets and class actions

• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings and briefs

• Collaborate with partners and manage junior associates

• Participate in client development, pitches, and presentations

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active bar membership in good standing

• 3+ years of litigation experience (law firm preferred)

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Experience managing discovery and depositions
