Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare SLP settings, particularly with adolescents
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt approaches to student needs and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to high school students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students in the classroom
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Provide consultation and training for staff regarding speech and language supports
