Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a supportive school district near San Diego, California. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students improve communication skills and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students across a school-based caseload
  • Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and services
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply
  • Prior school-based experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
