Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Prior experience as a Nursing - ORT or Surgical Tech (Non-certified)
- Demonstrated proficiency in surgical procedures and instrument handling
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced operating room environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Current BLS certification preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgical procedures alongside surgeons and nursing staff
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize operating room equipment and supplies
- Support patient care and safety before, during, and after operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless workflows

$1,283 - $1,357/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
