Qualifications / Experience:

• Prior experience as a Nursing - ORT or Surgical Tech (Non-certified)
• Demonstrated proficiency in surgical procedures and instrument handling
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced operating room environments
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current BLS certification preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with surgical procedures alongside surgeons and nursing staff
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize operating room equipment and supplies
• Support patient care and safety before, during, and after operations
