Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in working with school-aged children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work one-on-one and in small groups to provide direct therapy
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate findings to educational team and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional knowledge
- Educate staff and caregivers to support carryover strategies
