Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Grass Valley, CA

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience or interest in working with school-aged children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work one-on-one and in small groups to provide direct therapy
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate findings to educational team and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional knowledge
• Educate staff and caregivers to support carryover strategies
