Estate planning Attorney

We are seeking a 4+ years experienced Associate Attorney to join the estate planning and estate/trust administration team. This full time role offers immediate client contact, collaboration with outside advisors, and meaningful work helping families create lasting legacies.

• Meet with clients to discuss estate planning issues, solutions, and administration strategies.

• Prepare, review, and implement estate planning documents in coordination with outside advisors.

• Manage estate and trust administration matters from strategy through completion.

• Ensure all estate administration deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to deliver exceptional client service.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active Virginia Bar admission required; Maryland and DC Bar admission preferred.

• 4+ years of experience in estate planning and/or estate and trust administration.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a client focused approach.
