Estate planning Attorney
Job Description
We are seeking a 4+ years experienced Associate Attorney to join the estate planning and estate/trust administration team. This full time role offers immediate client contact, collaboration with outside advisors, and meaningful work helping families create lasting legacies.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to discuss estate planning issues, solutions, and administration strategies.
Prepare, review, and implement estate planning documents in coordination with outside advisors.
Manage estate and trust administration matters from strategy through completion.
Ensure all estate administration deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Virginia Bar admission required; Maryland and DC Bar admission preferred.
4+ years of experience in estate planning and/or estate and trust administration.
Strong analytical, problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a client focused approach.
