We are excited to invite Family Medicine Faculty Physicians to become part of our dedicated team in Janesville, Wisconsin. Our organization is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to collaborate with an exceptional group of healthcare professionals across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

- Core Faculty Role: Participate as core faculty in a 21-resident program, educating and preparing future physicians.
- Precepting Residents: Teach and mentor residents in both clinical and hospital settings (50% of your time).
- Clinical Practice: Deliver clinical care in our residency clinic (30% of your time).
- Administrative Duties: Allocate time for program administration and curriculum development (20% of your time).
- Comprehensive Care: Engage in full-spectrum inpatient, outpatient, procedural care, nursing home, and women's health.
- Medical Education: Contribute to established medical student education opportunities.
- Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management.
- A strong desire to teach residents and medical students in both didactic and clinical settings.
- Previous experience as faculty in an accredited residency or fellowship program is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant field.
