We are excited to invite Family Medicine Faculty Physicians to become part of our dedicated team in Janesville, Wisconsin. Our organization is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to collaborate with an exceptional group of healthcare professionals across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

About Our Organization

We are a multi-state, integrated healthcare system that includes seven hospitals, featuring a cutting-edge ACS-designated Level I Adult Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. With over 800 employed physicians and 200 advanced practice providers, we operate more than 100 outpatient clinics and service sites, delivering care to residents in over 55 communities throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Our extensive range of services includes more than 125 specialty and sub-specialty areas, such as:

• Adult critical care
• Neonatal intensive care

Key Responsibilities

• Core Faculty Role: Participate as core faculty in a 21-resident program, educating and preparing future physicians.
• Precepting Residents: Teach and mentor residents in both clinical and hospital settings (50% of your time).
• Clinical Practice: Deliver clinical care in our residency clinic (30% of your time).
• Administrative Duties: Allocate time for program administration and curriculum development (20% of your time).
• Comprehensive Care: Engage in full-spectrum inpatient, outpatient, procedural care, nursing home, and women's health.
• Medical Education: Contribute to established medical student education opportunities.
• Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to teach residents and medical students in both didactic and clinical settings.
• Previous experience as faculty in an accredited residency or fellowship program is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional patient care.
• Strategic partnership with a physician liaison.
