Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from 3rd through 12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational environment. This full-time position involves collaboration across three buildings conveniently located on a single campus, all within easy walking distance. You’ll provide both direct services and consultative support to a manageable caseload of approximately 44 students, ensuring each learner’s unique communication needs are met.
Your workweek runs Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, offering a balanced schedule and the chance to build strong relationships within school communities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in educational settings
- Previous experience working as a school-based SLP preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially with a multi-building caseload
- Dedication to collaborative, student-centered practice and consultative service models
In This Role You Will:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Deliver direct therapy and provide consultative services to educators and families
- Develop and execute IEPs, document interventions, track progress, and attend team meetings
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Provide support across three accessible buildings, all contained on one campus
