What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an SLP, or eligibility for state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous school-based experience is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs
  • Compassionate, engaging approach when working with children, parents, and colleagues

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and update reports as needed
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support generalization of skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
  • Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in school settings
