Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC, dedicated to early intervention and preschool-aged children. This full-time role covers a maternity leave from February 15, 2027, through May 27, 2027, at an engaging early learning environment. The position requires onsite presence in a collaborative setting, working alongside an experienced SLP to meet a diverse range of preschool students’ communication needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Colorado
  • Experience in a school-based environment, especially with early intervention or preschool (ages 3-5)
  • Strong skills addressing articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, social-pragmatic communication, and high-tech AAC
  • Comfortable working with mild through severe communication disorders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and other therapists
  • Commitment to onsite, in-person service delivery; remote or hybrid models are not applicable

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to preschool students (ages 3-5)
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized plans for a range of needs, including AAC support
  • Maintain thorough records and compliance with all state and district guidelines
  • Communicate progress and strategies to families and educational staff
  • Collaborate with the onsite full-time SLP and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insight on student progress
