Ideal candidates possess:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license for Michigan (SLP-CCC required)
- Demonstrated experience supporting early childhood populations in a school-based environment
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
- Please note: SLPAs and VOCO services are not eligible for these positions
In this role, you will:
- Assess and develop personalized therapy plans for early childhood students with a variety of communication needs
- Implement dynamic and engaging interventions designed to maximize student outcomes
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and provide meaningful feedback to educators and families
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and other allied health professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
