Assembly

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembly to join their team. As a part of the Assembly team, you will be an integral part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: TRAVERSE CITY, MI

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: 1st, 6am - 2pm Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble components accurately according to specifications and work instructions
• Inspect and ensure quality standards are met during the assembly process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required
