LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Job Description
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse to provide expert in-home nursing services to patients throughout our Connecticut region. This position involves delivering essential clinical care, which encompasses:
- Conducting patient assessments
- Administering medications
- Providing wound care
- Educating patients and their families
As an LPN, you will play a vital role in promoting patient independence and facilitating recovery within the comfort of their homes. You will be part of a collaborative, patient-focused team, working closely with Registered Nurses, therapists, and physicians. Your responsibilities will also include:
