Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience providing speech and language services in a school or pediatric healthcare setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff
- Knowledge of assessments, IEP development, and implementation in school settings
- Eligibility for appropriate state licensure
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to high school students
- Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
- Provide support and education to faculty and families
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
