Assignment Details:
- Contract Dates: August 12 through October 13
- Schedule: Choose between 8am–3:30pm or 7:30am–3:00pm (7.5-hour days, including lunch)
- Caseload: Approximately 30 high school students (low incidence, higher needs, AT support)
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as an SLP (CCC or CFY accepted)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interest or background in working with high-needs student populations
- Comfortable with assistive technology (AT) implementations
- Current state licensure or eligibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to high school students with complex needs
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Utilize and support AT for student communication and learning
- Maintain accurate records and document progress
