Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Prior experience working within a school setting highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Collaborative approach when consulting with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to drive intervention strategies
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administration to foster best practices
  • Provide ongoing staff training and coaching on ABA techniques and behavioral supports
  • Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and contribute to IEP team meetings
  • Engage with families and caregivers regarding intervention strategies and progress updates
