Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid WA SLP licensure or ability to obtain before start date
- Accepting SLP-CCC or strong SLP-CFY candidates
- Background in educational or pediatric settings is a plus
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for advancing student learning and development
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school requirements
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
