Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid WA SLP licensure or ability to obtain before start date
  • Accepting SLP-CCC or strong SLP-CFY candidates
  • Background in educational or pediatric settings is a plus
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for advancing student learning and development

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school requirements
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
