\n Pay: $21.00/hour\n

\n Schedule:\n
\n
    \n
  • Day and night shift coverage as needed
    • \n
  • Approximately 10–20 hours per week
    • \n
  • Flexible schedule based on production needs
    • \n
\n
\n Key Responsibilities:\n
\n
    \n
  • Welcome and check in temporary employees at the start of each shift.
    • \n
  • Verify employees are scheduled and assigned correctly for the day.
    • \n
  • Ensure all associates are food safety and GMP compliant before entering production.
    • \n
  • Confirm employees are clocked in and ready to begin work.
    • \n
  • Escort employees to their assigned department and introduce them to supervisors as needed.
    • \n
  • Serve as the main point of contact for contingent employees throughout the shift.
    • \n
  • Assist with attendance tracking, shift updates, and basic documentation.
    • \n
  • Communicate staffing needs, attendance issues, or concerns with the recruiting and management teams.
    • \n
  • Help create a positive onboarding experience while ensuring client expectations are met.
    • \n

\n Qualifications:\n
\n
    \n
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • \n
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • \n
  • Comfortable walking the production floor and interacting with employees throughout the shift.
    • \n
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work both day and night schedules.
    • \n
  • Previous staffing, supervisory, manufacturing, or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
    • \n
  • Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices is a plus.
    • \n
