Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in the greater Manchester, NH area! Two positions await passionate professionals eager to make an impact: one role includes a mix of high school and some elementary caseload, while the second is dedicated exclusively to elementary students. These assignments run from September 3rd through June 17th, providing a fulfilling school-year experience.
Typical hours for the elementary schedule are 8:15 a.m. to 2:50 p.m., while the high school day is 7:30 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. You’ll manage a caseload of 40-50 students, collaborating with school teams to provide assessment, direct therapy, progress monitoring, and support for IEP compliance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license holding the CCC credential required
- Previous experience in school settings, with confidence in handling pediatric caseloads
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for fostering language and communication development in school-aged children
- Clinical Fellows and SLPAs are not considered for these placements
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to assigned students based on IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student success
- Complete assessments, write progress reports, and maintain service records
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as needed
