Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher, particularly in junior high settings
• Prior knowledge and facilitation of ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings required
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, faculty, and families
• Ability to organize, set priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the ARD Facilitator for a junior high caseload, ensuring compliance with all procedural safeguards and documentation requirements
