Position Overview?????Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians with data center and/or industrial experience for a long-term project in the Des Moines area. Candidates must possess an active Iowa Journeyman Electrician license or a Journeyman license from a reciprocating state. (Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin)

We are looking for licensed electricians with experience in data centers, industrial facilities, or large-scale commercial projects who are proficient in conduit installation, wire pulls, terminations, and electrical systems. Experience reading blueprints, installing power distribution equipment, and working safely around energized systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

\n
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on data center and industrial projects
\n
• Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit
\n
• Pull wire and install conduit systems
\n
• Install panels, switchgear, lighting, fixtures, and electrical devices
\n
• Build and terminate circuits in accordance with NEC standards
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line drawings, and electrical schematics
\n
• Perform rough-in and finish work
\n
• Maintain a safe and productive job site
\n

Requirements

\n
• Active Iowa Journeyman Electrician License required
\n
• Data center and/or industrial electrical experience strongly preferred
\n
• Minimum two years of commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical experience
\n
• Experience with conduit installation, wire pulls, and terminations
\n
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
\n
• Must have basic hand tools and cordless drill
\n
• Reliable transportation
\n
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
\n
