Job Overview

Lenovo is hiring a Repair Technician – 2nd Shift for its USFC Distribution Center in Whitsett, NC. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing personal computers while maintaining high-quality standards and achieving first-time repair success. The ideal candidate has previous PC repair experience and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop computers.
• Perform accurate repairs to achieve first-time fixes.
• Test repaired systems to verify proper functionality.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Support other operational areas as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors, leads, and management.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing PCs, laptops, or computer hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Flexible to perform tasks outside the repair station when needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience replacing computer hardware components.
• Knowledge of desktop and laptop systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
