Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift; Weekends as needed
Work Setting: In-person

The following are important skills that an applicant should possess:

  1. Must have experience building high-end custom homes

  2. Great customer service, communication and ability to communicate professionally with clients, employees and contractors.

  3. Proven leadership skills and the ability to reliably delegate work and ensure its completion.

  4. Exceptional time management skills.

  5. Ability to estimate work and time required for various construction activities and fields.

  6. Excellent technical skills and understanding of construction methods and strategies, contracts and the ability to read technical drawings and plans.
