School Speech Language Pathologist - Rillito, AZ

In this contract position, you’ll work collaboratively with educators and families to help students achieve their communication goals and succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexible, compassionate, and a team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication and language disorders
• Deliver therapy (individual and group) following students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to provide holistic support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services, progress, and student outcomes
• Consult with families to provide guidance, resources, and support strategies for home and school environments
