Pay Rate: SLP: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year
End Date: End of the 2026–2027 School Year
Work Setting: Onsite
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Washington for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position serves students across all grade levels with an approximate caseload of 45 students.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated speech-language professional who is passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services appropriate to your credential
Manage an approximate caseload of 45 students across all grade levels
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals (SLP)
Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP (SLPA)
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications:
Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license required
Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required for SLP candidates
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
