Special Education Teacher - Eden Prairie, Minnesota

This contract role runs from August 25, 2026, through June 11, 2027, from 8:15am to 4:15pm each day. Qualifications:

• Valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)
• Experience working in Setting III classrooms (required)
• Background supporting students with diverse social, emotional, and academic needs
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Dedication to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students in elementary (Setting II/III) and/or middle school (Setting III) classrooms
• Develop and implement IEPs in alignment with students’ individual goals
• Collaborate with general education staff, parents, and related service providers
• Foster a positive, safe classroom environment
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven instructional decisions
