ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pre-K Special Education Teacher for a full-time opportunity with a supportive school district in Somerville, Tennessee for the 2026-2027 school year. This position serves students in a self-contained Pre-K classroom and is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting young learners with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to preschool students with disabilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Create a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment

• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and school staff

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee teaching license required

• 459 Special Education endorsement required

• CDC certification required

• Previous school-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
