Make a real impact supporting student communication development in a rewarding full-time, contract opportunity for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. This dynamic, flexible role provides services across three high school campuses with the largest portion of the caseload based at a major high school site. Help guide approximately 60-70 students, including those with mild to severe disabilities—ranging from articulation needs to those in adaptive cluster programs and students diagnosed with ASD.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active standard Arizona SLP certification
  • Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience with school-aged populations and IEP processes highly preferred
  • Ability to manage an itinerant schedule across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students, primarily at Mountain View High School, with additional support at two smaller high school campuses
  • Evaluate students, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
  • Collaborate with special education teams, family members, and administrators
  • Serve students with various needs from mild articulation to significant communication challenges, including those in adaptive settings
  • Support compliance with state and federal regulations
