Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist Director to guide and manage the clinical and strategic aspects of our pediatric hematology and oncology program, while also engaging in active patient care. Practice Highlights-
Leadership & Program Oversight:
- Act as the Medical Director for the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Program, offering both strategic and clinical guidance to enhance program objectives and quality benchmarks.
- Supervise the creation and execution of clinical protocols.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in hematology/oncology to improve program efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Participate in the strategic planning and expansion of the pediatric hematology/oncology program.
- Represent the program at institutional and external meetings, conferences, and collaborative projects.

Clinical Practice:
- Deliver direct patient care with a focus on pediatric hematology/oncology.
- Maintain an active clinical schedule for both outpatient and inpatient care, balancing responsibilities with leadership duties.
- Engage in multidisciplinary case discussions, tumor boards, and clinical rounds.
- Provide support and mentorship to advanced practice providers, junior physicians, and APCs in clinical environments.
- MD or DO with board certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in California.
- Completion of fellowship training in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship clinical and/or leadership experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical program development, quality enhancement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- A strong dedication to medicine, clinical research, and education.
- Income guarantee of $350,000 annually.
