WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible or Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to become a part of our team at the FPN St. John Health Center situated in St. John, Indiana. The selected candidate will join a well-established and busy practice alongside experienced physicians who value a supportive work atmosphere and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The physician will collaborate effectively to ensure the delivery of top-notch patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

In alignment with our commitment to ethical healthcare, we adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives while serving our patient community. Here’s what you can anticipate:

  • Flexible full-time clinic hours
  • Shared call rotation with seven other physicians
  • Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients daily
  • Inpatient volume: varies
  • Average deliveries: 6 - 7 per month
  • Level III NICU supported by neonatologists from Lurie’s Children’s Hospital
  • Onsite Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) support
  • Collaboration with advanced practice providers and certified nurse midwives
  • Onsite ultrasound facilities
  • Preferred proficiency in Da Vinci robotic surgeries
  • Access to experienced clinical support staff
  • Strong collegial support

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate required
  • Physician License (DR) - Required upon hire
  • Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if applicable) - Required upon hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Required upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Required upon hire
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel is rarely required.
