Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans.
• Oversee and guide discipline-specific therapy services.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes.
• Maintain professional documentation in line with regulatory and clinic standards.
• Engage in student programs as assigned and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Adhere to safety protocols and competency expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
  • An active Physical Therapy license in NH is necessary to begin the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy is essential.
  • Familiarity with documentation, goal setting, letters of medical necessity, and electronic medical record charge entry.
  • Capability to perform thorough patient evaluations and create measurable, functional treatment plans.
  • Compliance with state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and continuing education.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring students in a clinical environment.
  • Prior travel therapy or contract experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of safe patient handling programs and materials handling protocols is preferred.

Assignment Details

Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
