The caseload typically ranges from 38-40 students, ensuring you can focus on individualized care and measurable student progress. Key Qualifications:

  • Current Wisconsin licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials
  • School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working with students across K-12 settings
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a dynamic, mixed-grade caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy onsite
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized goals
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP processes
  • Maintain accurate and timely records for all students
  • Communicate progress with teachers, staff, and families
